1 in 5 adults in New York City are diagnosed with anxiety or depression.

Research shows that embracing your inner child can ease stress and anxiety. Ben & Jerry’s used this insight to fuel their “What Are You, A Child?” campaign, giving adults a way to reconnect with their child-like sense of play.

There’s no denying that life as an adult can be pretty stressful sometimes, especially in New York City.

Studies show that accessing one’s child-like sense of self can help reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Ben & Jerry’s invites New Yorkers to get silly and relive childhood moments with fun products and activities designed for adults.

Take a moment out of your day to enjoy not only your favorite Ben & Jerry’s flavor, but have fun doing it. Exclusively at New York grocery locations, coloring pints encourages adults to express creativity by personalizing their own pint.

The idea was simple: make life a little more playful, reduce stress, and remind everyone to let their inner child feel happy again.
